Our desire is to provide a great youth sports program for the children of the area.  In order to do so we need to have fields to use.  Our ability to use the fields is dependent on how we ALL treat the facilities and neighbors.  Rather than being a burden to be endured we want to leave a positive imprint on the school district properties where we have permits.  We need to show our gratitude by treating the facilities, fields and neighbors with respect
We need your understanding and commitment to the following:
  • Practices times, days of the week and location are determined by the board.  Coach requests are taken into consideration coach requests, but are restricted by what the permits allow.
  • In order to protect the fields, they may be closed is if there has been measurable rain.
  • All adults will make sure that trash is disposed of properly and will go out of their way to clean up all trash from fields, blacktop areas, parking lots and streets surrounding the fields
  • Parents are responsible for the actions of their children.  Please supervise the "non-participating children" you bring to your child's practice/games.
  • I don't know how else to word this...but No urinating in bushes or on buildings.  We may not have access to bathrooms or portapotties at one of our practice locations.  You may want to make sure your children use the restroom before going to the field in case there isn't a restroom facility available, or feel free to leave practice early.  Offenders may be permanently removed from program with no refund.
  •  All traffic and parking laws and restrictions need to be followed.
    •  Park on the street or in marked stalls only.
    • Do not block any part of any driveway
    • No parking, or stopping (especially to wait for your child to get to the car from practice) for any length of time in any red zone or bus zone.
    •  No double parking or stopping in the middle of the street to drop off or pick up your child.
    • Respect cones and other barriers.  Please do not move them to park your car.
    • At La Subida, except for authorized region officials, parking for all games and practices is allowed on the street and in the main parking lot only.  (There will be cars "inside" during the week which belong to those who work at the facility during the day)

Thank you,

Your Regional Board
